Meet The Doctors
Edwin L. Lamb, D.M.D.
Dr. Lamb has an Associates degree from South Georgia College, along with Bachelors and Masters degrees from Georgia Southwestern College. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 1986. Following dental school, he earned a Specialty Certificate in Periodontics at the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Dentistry. He maintained a private practice limited to periodontics and dental implants for 12 years prior to returning to the Medical College of Georgia, where he received a Specialty Certificate in Endodontics in 2002. Dr. Lamb is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontists.

Robert M. Pearson, D.M.D.
Dr. Pearson graduated from Tift County High School. He earned an associates degree from Georgia Military College in Milledgeville, Georgia. He then transferred to Valdosta State University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Biology. He received a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1995. Dr. Pearson completed a one year General Dentistry Residency at Fort Benning, Georgia. After four years of practicing general dentistry, he returned to Augusta, Georgia for his specialty training in endodontics. He received a specialty certificate in endodontics from the United States Army Endodontic Residency Program at Fort Gordon, Georgia in 2001. Dr. Pearson is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Jason McGovern, D.M.D.
Dr. McGovern graduated from Coffee County High School. He earned his associates degree from South Georgia College in Douglas, Georgia. He later transferred to Valdosta State University where he majored in Chemistry. He received a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2006.
Following dental school, Dr. McGovern practice general dentistry for 14 years in Tifton, Georgia. He was accepted into Endodontics Residency Program at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama where he received a specialty certificate in Endodontics in 2022. Dr. McGovern is a member of the OKU Dental Honor Society, American Dentals Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontics.
